This Lively form of dance encourages movement of all parts of the body giving it a good workout! It’s great fun and a great way to relieve stress. As well as burning calories, you will increase your flexibility and stamina and improve co-ordination. You will feel the stretches from your fingers to your hips and your feet! 
Beginners’ courses will go through the foundations of basic Bollywood dance moves. They will be low impact classes, with simple but beautiful routines. 
Improvers will be more demanding, higher impact and more dramatic routines.
