Polestars are looking for girls who are friendly and approachable, with a passion for pole dancing and the desire to share their skills and knowledge with other women. Pole dancing it a great way to stay in shape, but there are loads of hidden benefits such a feeling sexy, building confidence and self esteem and creating a supportive female only environment.

We do require that all prospective teachers first attend our 6 week beginner course, just to make sure that you know what you are getting yourself in for.
