If you’re nervous about starting your pole dancing lessons, why not take some tips from two of pole dancing teachers…….. - Don't wear any moisturiser on the day of your pole dance class. It prevents you from gripping the pole and makes it really slippery which can be unsafe.
- Being nervous or scared for your first pole dancing class is normal, just remember that everyone will be in the same position as a beginner - they are there to learn to pole dance.

We have four different pole dancing courses - beginners, intermediate, advanced and super advanced. All pole dancing fitness courses are six weeks long, with a two hourpole dancing lessons each week. They all cost €150 [€125 for repeat students]. The Beginners Pole Dancing Course ..is aimed at people who have never had a pole dance class before. You will learn a series of different spins, tricks and linking moves, before finishing the course by climbing the pole and going upside down! |

Polestars hold beginners pole dancing tasters for people who want to give poledancing a try before booking onto the pole dancing course. The 2 hour taster is a one-off pole dance class where you will learn a range of fun basic tricks, spins and some sexy linking moves! You will also learn to pole dance by putting your new skills together to make a short dance routine! Pole dancing tasters cost €30 per person for a two hour session. After your first pole dancing class, you won't be able to keep away, so check our our pole dancing lessons and courses. Otherwise, you can join the first night of a course and if you want to continue on with the same course, you can pay the balance of €120.
