Polestars hold beginners pole dancing tasters for people who want to give poledancing a try before booking onto the pole dancing course. 

 

The 2 hour taster is a one-off pole dance class where you will learn a range of fun basic tricks, spins and some sexy linking moves! You will also learn to pole dance by putting your new skills together to make a short dance routine!

 

Pole dancing tasters cost €30 per person for a two hour session.

 

After your first pole dancing class, you won't be able to keep away, so check our our pole dancing lessons and courses. Otherwise, you can join the first night of a course and if you want to continue on with the same course, you can pay the balance of €120.
